@johnyma22 You are right that communication is subjective which makes customer service not an easy task. Your not being 'dumb' just polite @shama keyed in on what I was talking about. to follow up on your question, I tripled checked every address I use for e-mail and there was nothing about the delivery for the KS rings...no worries now, water under the bridge, and all that.
Good news without any notice my rings arrived.
Lets wrap up what I have learned with this kickstarter journey
The Pros:
A nice lightweight rings that has to date read 2 phones and 2 Android tablets
Met and interacted with both the lead designer & a fantastic volunteer ( @lokki that is all you man)
In the end I got what I ordered and it functions in the devices I have used.
The Cons:
Dear lord communication was either a fire-hose ( difficult to sift through there was so much) or the Sahara desert ( no communication about my kickstarter order had shipped, break in updates). The only means of communications was to: open and read the kickstarter forums, read/ listen to the bi-weekly updates & visit this forum. to many places to go to get info about 1 project.
Take my criticism with a grain of salt, we are all human and make mistakes( many certainly not NFC Ring co ltd fault) but with no one else to hear our pleas this was the only spot to vent on.
I wish you all nothing but the best, i'll continue to lurk about and keep testing things..but I will drop out of this thread for the others that may wish for answers.

I vote Yes on this as well. I would love to know which of my rings ( maybe both?) are causing the trouble...I've yet to find out that status of my particular order so any information in that regard would be VERY helpful!
@lokki it does work! I was able to test it before I bought a LG G3 I'll attach a pic if possible.

@jasok2 your carbon fiber rings will be replaced by titanium ( see this thread above) the reason the 3000 rings didnt fix the problem is the had a really high failure rate....

I am trying to attach drawn picture so I can visually show people what I was talking about...the mold-able silicone polymer called "sugru" IIRC and it is mold-able, and might just stick to the ring.

I have a close friend who is a custom jeweler designer and creator....titanium is really an issue for the process, I was talking about ( or trying to) in my above past.
The heating /cooling the ring, cutting and shrinking all would be fairly disastrous for the Tags to remain functioning.
Perhaps some of the polymer ( it is purple in color) that could be molded might allow a small ring to be wrapped around the ring to allow the ring to stay the same size but fit a smaller finger. Ill sketch something together and post it here tomorrow.
One thing that a jeweler could do (with traditional jewelry) is add what some refer to as "speed bumps" to the inside of the ring. they allow for a slightly smaller finger to still 'grip' the ring to stay in place. Granted titanium is not a metal in this category so maybe there is some other lower tech solution that would work and would not damage the ring.

Initially I ordered via KS (two PVD rings) which Became (two titanium rings) ( per this same thread) which outlines information that is pertinent
On June, 28th 2014 I sent the following:
"Hey guys I realize that initially ordered:
Normal (Classic) Ring in Black Plated Metal with a Black top inlay cover and a Black bottom inlay cover in USA Ring Size 12.5
Normal (Classic) Ring in Black Plated Metal with a Black top inlay cover and a Black bottom inlay cover in USA Ring Size 13
These rings are no longer being produced so I should receive 2 titanium classic rings. These rings look very similar to the pre-order rings available on the website, so why haven't I received these yet?
There is no PVD issue ( that is solved by the voucher), there is no Alpha issue as these are classic rings, there has been no mention of polishing issues with Classic rings, my size is not one that you are out of stock on so mm what am I missing here?

it is the 13th now ( at least on this side of the Pond) so I was wondering if these had been forgotten?
@Memnoch Mine came from the UK NOT the US, took about 7 days for my pre-order ring to arrive.
Perhaps could we get a listing of which CASES work well with which phones? I will be in need of a new phone fairly shortly here and I'd love to get something that might work with a case!
