      I have used the contact form a few times and have yet to receive a response it's been 4 weeks. Ordered my ring a little while ago and wanted to get in contact so change the size.

            Ah, no worries. In that case don't sweat it, the team are still finishing up the kickstarter pledges, they'll get that done and then deal with email/requests and such for the preorders as they package and ship those.

                              @Jason did you receive an email from support@nfcring.com with the subject 'Request received: [NFC Ring] Contact Form from <Date>'? after you submitted the form?
                              If you received this message you should have a request number.

                                  seems like there has been an error ether during transmitting your form or the form had wrong settings. I instantly received an request received message and my ticket number.
