Ah, no worries. In that case don't sweat it, the team are still finishing up the kickstarter pledges, they'll get that done and then deal with email/requests and such for the preorders as they package and ship those.

If you received this message you should have a request number. -
No i didn't receive a email saying such thing. Thanks for the help by the way. I'll send a email to the support email listed in this thread.

seems like there has been an error ether during transmitting your form or the form had wrong settings. I instantly received an request received message and my ticket number.
