Helios and Horizon rough edge
-
I have purchased a horizon, helios, signature and alpha rings. I am a bit surprised that the edge of the black tag on both the horizon and helios is rougher than those on the two others. When putting on a shirt or a coat for instance it seems to hook with the cloth a little bit and I'm concerned this might get worse. Anyone has the same experience, and is it actually ok?
-
It a fairly common issue, Its happened to me on three of the new range of rings. I'm not bothering to replace mine ATM just waiting for the new payments ring to come out.

Please contact support we will get replacements sent out for you :)

My helios has stopped working on one side and the horizon is losing its black inlay. I have contacted multiple times with no response
-
@Je-Remy-Peters what's your ticket number? I don't see anything in your system for you.
-
@Je-Remy-Peters in my case the horizon is indeed the one where the black inlay seems to be coming off too.
-
@johnyma22 I don't have one I have emailed support multiple times and never received a response.
-
@Je-Remy-Peters The email system automatically issues a ticket number, it's support@nfcring.com I'm 99% sure you must have emailed the wrong address or so :)

Hello,
I am writing to let you know that my Helios ring from the most recent campaign has developed a failure. The black inlay side has stopped working. I was trying to set up a new phone and my other rings and the vintage side of it worked fine. I tried with a phone it previously worked with and still not able to read it. I have attached a photo to show the condition.
Thank you,
Jeremy Peters

Here is a copy of the first email I sent you after it stopped working on everything. I waited over a month and nothing so I am not waiting that long now. Please help a backer of both campaigns.Show original message

I am sending my 3rd email in almost 2 months patiently waiting a response. My Helios ring stopped working on the black inlay and was wanting to see about a replacement. I also mentioned early on and in other communication that I was issued 2 codes for rings for my support from 2013, but only 1 worked. I would like to get the other code I was supposed to also. Please assist me.Show original message

Here is another attempt since the last email my horizon inlays are starting to peel off. my helios sets in a drawer. Still only used 1 of the codes, so essentially I am down by 3 rings being a backer since 2013.Show original message

I've removed parts of your mail so you won't get spamed even more.
If @johnyma22 needs the address I have saved it.That's really weird. You should have received an automatic response immediately. Maybe it was marked as spam by the helpdesk software...
-
Thank you for that. I still have the same issue though. Multiple contacts and nothing from support.
-
@Je-Remy-Peters Please check your spam folder(s), the automatic responds might have gotten flag as spam or junk.
-
I have been and I have the address saved so that it wont go to spam
-
Someone from @NFC-Ring-Team will take care of it. I don't know why you ran into this issue. I've had contact with support multiple times without any issue. Replacements are quick any very easy.
@johnyma22 @NFC-Ring-Team The mail address is the same as for the forum account.
@Je-Remy-Peters please let me know when your issue has been resolved. -
Still waiting and checking all my folders. Thanks for trying to help me.
-
Can someone please help me.
-
I can only suggest that you add "support@nfcring.com" to your trusted addresses in yahoo mail, and try checking for lost replies via webmail, not on your phone or mail program.

I have already been doing both things. sigh
