      Hi there
      In the new campaign on Kickstarter you demo a login for windows using a Sony laptop with an integrated NFC module. What did you use on the software side? Or is it even possible to do it with the Windows integrated tools?

        @Lafunamor

        A bit of a side note, this is possible with the ASUS NFC Express (kind of) , however on the original ring I only got it to work with a Raw inlay not the actual ring. The new ones are supposed to be 3x more readable.

        Not the actual answer you were after I know.

          Yeah I know. But the ASUS NFC Express also comes with some software to enable the functionality

              It's native stuff that Sony bundles in with their laptop! Afaik it uses Windows Proximity Login APIs

                What's it called? I didn't see it on my Sony Vario Pro 13...

                  Err I don't have that laptop with me here, on the login screen it just says "Login with NFC", you don't need to select it etc.

                  Did you mean the software or the make/model of laptop?

                      Sony vaio f15a1s2es

                      I don't have the software name but it was built into the laptop so I guess it would be as a device driver or so?

                        Sadly I can't find any information about it. For some reason Sony does not promote this feature or it is provided by some 3rd-party software.
