About ring space

I've bought a NFC RING with 1kb space, then i want use it to store my personal data, but i can't store more 215 bytes, or else i've this message: writing error........why ??
My phone is a SAMSUNG GALAXY S6 EDGE

Bits, bytes... 8 bits in a byte..
215 x 8 = 1,720Kb
Basics... I feel like this didn't need my input ;)

thought so but I was calculating from the 1000 kb in the specs. So 1024 / 8 = 128 B ...
