Ring not working any longer

Hello Guys,
Received a Collection and I had first an issue with 2 of the 3 rings received. This issue is now fixed (I just have to wait 6 to 8 weeks to get the right rings, but I don't mind, my Galaxy Note 4 is not yet in my hands and my existing phone has no NFC :))
I do have another issue. The one ring I kept (my wife's ring) is no longer functional (the black NFC part of the ring is no longer working, when the transparent NFC is working just fine). I sent a support request (10011) , but for some reason, the only answer I got from Tom was... "Hi Bert Tom". I guess something was missing from his email :.)
I would appreciate if someone could tell me what I should do. If I have to wait 6 to 8 weeks to get a replacement ring, plus the 2 others from my collection I am alreay waiting for, all black/transparent, I just do not mind !

Hi @Bert, I reckon you're already on the right track there - if the last ring of the three has now failed, hit support up again and reply to that dodgy email from Tom so he can see what's happened and let you know what didn't come through properly.

Thanks lokki, I got an answer from Tom, I should get my whole Collection resent in 6 to 8 weeks !

@Bert according to John (long video update) there shouldn't be unanswered tickets so there must be some problem. I suggest you open a new one and state your old issue number and link the forum thread.

@Lafunamor since the update we have had quite a few coming in. It isn't a major backlog but most of the tickets require a lot of work (missing rings, no delivery etc).
They should be cleared by the end of the week hopefully with positive resolutions

The update was posted on the Sep 29 2014.
My request for information was sent on the Sep 28.
I do not see how all the requests that came AFTER the update would concern me then. If you are answering support tickets in a logical way, I should have received an answer by now. -
Hi Bert on the 28th we were actually doing the things that were mentioned in the updates
.I'm responsible for support requests and should have let you know that we had got your multiple requests. You haven't been forgotten about but as a small team it can occasionally take a little time to resolve issues.
For transparency at the moment our support priorities lie with dealing with Kickstarter backers who have yet to receive there ring be it a mistake on our part or the postal service. I should add in we should be on track to have all tickets responded to by the end of today or tomorrow

For transparency, I hope I am going to get very soon another answer than "we noticed your ticket and request Bert" :.)
The mention "Rings now back in stock & Gift cards now available on http://store.nfcring.com" in NFC Ring last update put a different light on the whole thing. I should not wait any longer to get my rings if "Rings are now back in stock".
