Rings arrived, but...
-
My order was:
- Normal (Classic) Ring in Titanium Normal Color Metal with a White top inlay cover and a Black bottom inlay cover in USA Ring Size 9.5
- Alpha Ring in Titanium Normal Color Metal with a White top inlay cover and a Silver bottom inlay cover in USA Ring Size 9.5
- Normal (Classic) Ring in Black Plated Metal with a Black top inlay cover and a Black bottom inlay cover in USA Ring Size 10.5
However I received:
- Alpha Ring in Titanium Normal Color Metal with a BLACK top inlay cover and a CLEAR bottom inlay cover
- Normal (Classic) Ring in Titanium Normal Color Metal with a CLEAR top inlay cover and a CLEAR bottom inlay cover
- Normal (Classic) Ring in Titanium Normal Color Metal with a White top inlay cover and a Black bottom inlay cover
Only the last item on the list of what I received looks correct.
Furthermore, I went to the jewellers and provided my sizes in UK scale, but only the Alpha seems to actually fit. The other two are either too big or two small.

Glad they arrived @hshah - it sounds like you got two substitutions there. These will be because of the various production issues that were encountered during the project and at this point were pretty much unavoidable. You'll be able to request ring vouchers at a later date after things settle down and everyone has rings, and stock levels are back up again.
If it's possible would you be able to get the ring sizes check or use a micrometer to get the ID and check the sizes? Don't try to use a ruler, it won't work properly.
This way you can confirm what sizes you have, whether they're right for your fingers and whether you've received the wrong ones - then you'll be able to sort out whether to exchange them and what for. -

It would have been nice to get something with the packaging to tell me that they had put in substitutes :(

Yeah, that's a good point. It's been covered pretty heavily in updates and such but perhaps the inclusion of a note stating that there were changes might have been a good idea. @johnyma22

**same issue here... **
The lack of a note served as a fresh smack of disappointment when I opened the box and saw the rings for the first time. No soft letdown.
Just an "OH yeaa... these are those NFC Rings I ordered that went fumbling through time for 7-8 additional months, only to get me substitute ring designs I now don't even like.."I sure hope those vouchers dont take another 8 months.
