      Hello all,

I received my ring yesterday and have it working well after watching the excellent unlock app video tutorial I found here. I'm wondering why I did not receive the Limited Edition Kickstarter version I pledged for? The one I received came with a black "top" (as ordered) but the other inlay was simply clear, meaning I can see the circuitry.

After doing a search on these forums my understanding is that these Limited Edition rings were delayed. Did I miss an update or something? Is this ring I received just a placeholder or did I get the wrong ring?

Thanks in advance for any help.

@SinNYC, if your order has been changed then it may be down to difficulty with the factory creating your ring. Some rings at this late date have been arbitrarily changed in order to get rings to people rather than waiting an extra 6 months for them to try, try, try again. With changed orders it will be possible to request a voucher to get a replacement ring further down the track but if it's worrying you then shoot support@nfcring.com an email and query your options. Expect support to be slow at this point, they're dealing with a lot of requests!

            Will do, Lokki. Thanks.
