I have just seen this and like the nfc ring I think it has great potential. Hope as a community we can help another tech project and I think it wouldn't take much to combine the two technologies.

@leftyfb I can see both sides of this one, yeah it sucks that we haven't been told, but every twist and turn since they have given the word go to the factory have been the lies that the factory have given. I refer to an update just before new year where @McLear-Ltd-/-NFC-Ring-Staffers said that a QA fail was due to the upcoming holiday; yet the factory did nothing to improve the situation. In my opinion, they made a bad choice in the factory but a new start up will do that. They have learnt and they have chosen a new factory (or two if they what they say is true). Due to the way factories work and the outlay required to do things starting a production line isn't as simple as it seems. Yes the communications could have been better but they have done well for all they are juggling. I recognise the fact the normal ring with none obscure inlays and the 8 being a normal but it may be the 5.5 that is holding it up, but I can't say.

I'm sure if John listed his day to you there wouldn't be much time for him. It's rare that a company less than a year old has taken on at least two more people of such a high station.

@Karenna I don't think its fair that you put people off because of teething problems, but it is your call at the end of the day. I've been testing the app (reporting bugs) and I still haven't received my ring.

A person completing a task can either be doing the task, pretending to do the task or not doing the task. As rings are landing on door mats I say they are doing the task, just slowly

Being a director of a limited company shares are a good thing but what sort of shares are we talking and what will be the plan for the capital raised. Would we expect a ROI and as has been said before how would the shares be divided? My personal favorite is a unanimous decision from the creators equal the rest of everyone if not top?

I posted this in the Google testers group some time ago but have had no reply so I'll post again here.

Hi, running app version 1.5.7 and android 4.4.2 HTC one.
Again if set to inactive but device administrator but get incorrect pattern will lock screen.

There are two follow ones, if my phone has got a low battery pop-up then it will be displayed over the nfc unlock screen but the focus is on the unlock screen and you have to guess where the pin is.

Second if if I get the pattern wrong sometimes it can take up to a second for the unlocker screen to come up by which time I'm already doing something else.
In addition in device security if you select disable lock screen features and say you dont want to proceed it will uncheck the box regardless.
Also the Facebook message chat heads, battery warning and top priority apps are on top of the activity.

@Lokki yeah I meant collections just couldn't remember the name. I'm reporting to the Google group for the beta tests as there are 3 different places, but I have done some through the github. I just don't have any nfc tag that the app can register as a tag

Sorry for asking but no one else seems to have done so. I ordered the 3 ring pack that included the stealth the standard and the alpha ring. With the complexity of multiple ring orders I understand you leaving till the end but I'm wondering have you started shipping them yet? I'm trying to beta test the apps and found 4 or 5 bugs but I could do so much more with an actual tag.
