I have both an eclipse and a horizon 2016 rings. Unfortunately both rings tags peeled off. They were both replaces by support. One i think has been replaced twice.
Once again they are both peeling off. I can only assume I have never received any of the good new batches.
I emailed support back on the 10th of August. I included a photo of both the rings peeling off again. I got a pretty quick reply stating what my replacement options were for both rings. I have replied twice to this email from different addresses just to be sure and I have not received an answer.
My ticket number is 18972. Can I please take the 50% store credit on both rings option please. I can only assume your ticketing system has broken or something, hence I am coming here and posting this.
