NFC Ring Control app configuration & interaction
-
I just installed the NFC Ring Control app to see its features.
I'd like to use an NFC tag to enable my Windows Mobile device's Wi-Fi, launch a radio remote control app, and possibly add another action or two. Can I set up a series of actions to occur with one tap of a tag? Will NFC Ring Control recognize and launch any app installed on my device? Or, can I use the writer and ring to accomplish this? By the way, these are actions I'll use at the bedside in the morning and night so I’m looking for the best solutions.
Last, I still need to purchase some NFC tags and the best ring. Are there any guidelines or requirements?
Thanks!

Can I set up a series of actions to occur with one tap of a tag? <-- See The app in Google Play called "Tasker". I'd recommend having one action on each side of the ring.

Will NFC Ring Control recognize and launch any app installed on my device? <-- Depends on the app and what intents it supports. You can use ANY NFC software with our rings, you aren't just limited to ours.
2.1 Or, can I use the writer and ring to accomplish this? See 1.

Last, I still need to purchase some NFC tags and the best ring. Are there any guidelines or requirements? <-- Just look at the datasheets for each ring to see which suits you best. I'd recommend the 2016 rings for new users and 2013 for more experienced :)
Thanks!
