Hi, i've got problems with my 2016 ring.
The ring was sent me after the kickstarter campaign. After two months of use the inlays were coming out from it.
I solved the issue simply putting a drop of glue under the inlay with a needle. But today, I took the ring and while i was putting it on my finger, this happened:

This happened on the joint between the two phalanges, where the finger is wider. The edges on one of two pieces are very sharp and I could hurt myself... i suppose that the ring was faulty from the origin.
I accidentally dropped it on the floor once, but it was a wooden floor....
The tags are still working, even after this disaster!

        Hi there

That's definitely not supposed to happen. Please have a look at the returns policy and drop them a mail on support@nfcring.com referring to this thread. Your ring should be replaced quite fast.
