      Good afternoon,

I just received my NFC ring, and the Control app seems to work fine. I registered, but the Unlock app does not recognise the username/password.

Should I give it some time, or could there be a bug?

      Thanks,
      Erik

Please make sure you enter the email & password the same way as you did for the registration. both fields are case sensitive (maybe email isn't anymore...).
If you still have trouble try to reset your password using the following link: https://me.nfcring.com/validationCodeReset

Resetting only yields the same problem. I did initially have capital letters in the e-mail address I entered (why on earth would this be case sensitive?), but I tried again in all lowercase for both apps, with the same result....

Update to latest app, it appears it's too difficult for users to input a username/password so we just disabled the requirement :P
