Inlay failed after one year

Today I realized that one side of my (regular) signature ring failed (the black one). I have no clue why but I thought it's worth mentioning,

I just wanted to document, that this also happens with the regular one... Any idea why? Any other reports on this problem? -
Yea I think it's IC detachment due to the flex of the inlay. We're using stronger glue and better bonding now so it's much less of an issue.
In the future we are using a different stack up so it should be way more reliable!

good to hear. Any progress made in the stealth bomber equivalent part? Maybe a post to KS containing "We're still here and R&D is still in progress" might be good. It could help to revive the forum a bit.

My Alpha did the same thing, I'm not particularly fussed though. I chatted to John about it when it happened and let him know the circumstances etc. Any kickstarter backers that read this, you get an extra long replacement period so just get in touch with the guys and they'll help you out.
