not working

my ring does not work properly. i have a case on my phone and the ring will not work with it on. but i have tried other nfc hardware and it works no problem. also even when i take the case of the sweet spot is hard to find and i have to move and twist the ring for it to register. also the ring is too large it doesn't fit like when i got it sized at the jewelry store.
