    Should I have received the ring already? Anyone in Argentina?

      Hi guys,

      Ok, I understand it's been some delays and all that. Six months... Ok, you let us know and is a tricky product, I get. Ok, patience.

      But now I received the mail saying "Your NFC Ring is ready and has been dispatched" on March the 25th but as May the 9th I still haven't received it. Over a mmonth. Is this normal?

      Now the address is in Argentina. Do anybody knows if it's been some kind of issues with Argentina or deliveries? Anyone from Argentina who can confirm? Or do you guys know?

        Hi @CharlyAR, thanks for letting us know. It might be a longer wait to some addresses than others but perhaps @NFCringTom or @johnyma22 can chime in on this.

          I think if your ring isn't with you within the next 7 days please get in touch via support@nfcring.com and we will have to track/dispatch the delivery.
