      1. Press "Create" always make doubleckick - it open a twitter settings.

      2. If NFC service is off, I get the 2 identical alert for every action in the menu. "NFC functionality is not working.."

      3. On Xperia T unlocking screen working normal, but:
First time i enable option "enable nfc ring unlock wiget", ping it to desktop, make enable, and.. can't unlock my fone. Absolutely. I restart my phone few times and desktop was loaded early that lock wiget, otherwise would have to flash the phone.
Without this option unlocking work fine.

      4. Unlock don't work if screen turn off. I need press power, scroll my screen logo and after that a see NFC logo. Very long and not convenient. (I disabled native android screen lock, all ok).

      5. The menu is really not very clear. need 2 checkbox - "I want to unlock the phone by ring" and "I want anything" and, separately, the advanced settings.

      6. About app "NFC Ring Control": please add into "create" menu new options like skype, ICQ, etc. Of course it can be added in Text.

this until all my experiences for 10 minutes of work. and forgive the clumsy English)

NFC only works while the screen is on...that's the way it was setup on all Android phones.
If your Rooted there is an Xposed module called NFC LockScreenOff Enabler that will let NFC work when screen is off.
