Problem verifying nfc unlock app.

I'm not sure if there is a limited use on the nfc unlock app, but I have used my log in to verify my previous phone (and my couple's). But we now have new phones and can not use the same login to verify the app.
Can someone walk me through the procedure to resolve this issue please? Many thanks!
