Alert not NFC ring

@Lokki as far as I know this link is for the unified NFC Ring login (forum) but not for the unlock app verificetion
but I could be wrong

@Lokki Tried to re-register but I end up at me.nfcring.com/account with just "Name: LJ goody" displayed
Any other idea on how to get my registration code?

try the reset link with your KS email (https://me.nfcring.com/validationCodeReset)

I have the excact same problem as described here.

Nexus 5 (also tried Xperia Z2) - Stealth bomber ring. Get the same "ALERT Not NFC ring", and therefore can't register my ring.

Other than that, I really love my ring! :-)

(I was to late for Kickstarter, but preordered through the website)

are all of you having the issue with rings that where pre-ordered? or are there some KS backers with this issue?
please mention too if you had the get started link on your ring or not.

I tried re-registering but I would just end up at nfcring.com/account and it was a blank screen with just the words "Name: LJ Goody."

I am in the same boat. Just received my ring, a pre-order not a kick starter. Nothing was loaded onto it. When I scan the ring it says "not NFC ring". also did not receive the extra tags as were mentioned earlier in this thread, just sweet spot stickers, ring , and instruction booklet.

the additional inlays are only for KS backers so that's intended.

This part is a bug, nothing being loaded onto it means it wasn't fully QA'd somehow... We have found that a few % of our rings have managed to get through both of our QA steps that are supposed to do this so we're investigating how this happened.

I never received an unlock code with my confirmation email.
This link: https://me.nfcring.com/validationCodeReset does not work. Same error as above.

So what can I do with this ring? Knowing that the point was to unlock my phone.
I already have lots of NFC stickers/tags.

Just for clarification only KS backers received the unlock code via email and only KS backers get additional tags shipped with their ring.

please give the team a bit of time to research this problem. we will definitely find a way to get the unlock app working for all of you (having a nfc ring).
