I still have not had a reply to my email dated 03/06/2014. I am no longer interested in the project and since I have not received any rings I would like to request a full refund of £50 (as I pledged for the collection). Please arrange for a swift refund.

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately I have not received either my NFC ring or the replacement that was sent. I tried to contact support on 03/06/2014 to make sure there were not any issues e.g. that the address/order details were correct (I double checked my kickstarter pledge and the address is correct) but have not yet had a response. Please could someone chase this up please?

Glad to hear others are getting their rings without issue. I had an email on Friday to say that they will be sending another ring. Looking forward to getting it :)

Still no ring from the post and almost a month has gone by since it was sent to me. I emailed support@nfcring.com on Sunday night. I've not heard any word back yet just confirmation of request (5842).

Please could I have an update as to what happens next?

Thanks for your replies. Here are the subjects of the emails I've had:
04/04/14 - Your NFC Ring is ready and has been dispatched
08/03/14- Confirmation of your NFC Ring Order

I'll wait and see what happens; hopefully it'll come in the next two weeks. I live in an English city so it shouldn't be too difficult for royal mail.

Looking above at the posts from mrjake and you. I had also ordered the collection with carbon fiber on all of my rings. I submitted my choices for replacements but also misunderstood and thought I'd get three extra rings (sorry, mistake on my part - I understand that'd be unrealistic).

I really like the carbon fiber design. I would rather wait until the issues have been ironed out and have three carbon fiber rings than have three alternative designs and one carbon fiber ring at a later date.

Would it be possible to hold off on my order until the carbon fiber rings are ready? (Although if you wanted to send a free non-carbon fiber ring as part of the current phase I'd be very grateful).
