Anyone heard anything

Damn that’s annoying been a year since I preordered. Just wish they would do the right thing and have better communication with customers. Wouldn’t mind the delay if they actually told us why

@didgesteve they have the rings and back end systems in place (aparently) just waiting for something before they release more news

How is the Kerv? I like the different design choices but is it worth £100 or should I just wait for this one for half that?

@didgesteve I emailed them on Mon still waiting for a reply. I did mention that products are great, and that it’s a shame the lack of communication is the only thing that lets them down. Shame really 😞

Any idea when we will get another update on when the rings will begin shipping?

My ring arrived today and works perfectly with the Lumia 1520 (few issues with the NFC ring app but used the Nokia NFC tag writer).

sweet spot is just under the camera (aim for the word Zeiss and you will be fine)

I was looking at the new Watchdogs game on the Game website and saw that some of the accessories they are offering for the game are a NFC messenger bag and wallet. It doesn't have any more details on what its programmed to do etc. But i just thought after seeing these the possibilities could be endless.

It has got me thinking of ways i could now incorporate tags into other items of clothes though. One of the more random ideas was to insert a GPS like emergency chip that could send your location to a phone number when being attacked into a jacket or handbag that could only be activated by the ring. Random idea but could work well.

What do people think?

does anyone know if this means i might have the same issue with the lumia 1520 or has no one tried this yet? just as 1520 is even bigger than the G2

With my ring coming soon i decided to have a think about what I'm going to actually use it for and was just wondering what other people are doing with theres.

I just read the update and I'm one of the people who has preordered a ring through the website and if your hoping to have the kickstarter rings shipped by the end of May does that mean the preorders that will be shipped in May wont actually be sent? and i should expect it in june?
