Having the same issue and don't have an email with a verification code. NFC Ring support directed me here rather than re-sending my verification code. When I tried to reset the code, their site said changing my password worked yet when I get back into the app, I get an "Error 202 Username already taken".
Any help here from the creators or others who have figured out this issue will help us. Thank you.
