I'm not quite clear on what the issue is there, does your screen work at all? If the display doesn't work then you're going to have issues getting into the phone regardless...
If the screen works and you haven't messed too much with the nfc app setting then you might be able to swipe down and turn on NFC from the option dialog, or access settings that way?
If you have usb debugging mode set, you might be able to do something with that.
But really you need to clarify the issue first, otherwise it's all just guesses.
