I got your answer to my question Tom.
For transparency, I hope I am going to get very soon another answer than "we noticed your ticket and request Bert" :.)
The mention "Rings now back in stock & Gift cards now available on http://store.nfcring.com" in NFC Ring last update put a different light on the whole thing. I should not wait any longer to get my rings if "Rings are now back in stock".

The update was posted on the Sep 29 2014.
My request for information was sent on the Sep 28.
I do not see how all the requests that came AFTER the update would concern me then. If you are answering support tickets in a logical way, I should have received an answer by now. -

Ring not working any longer
Hello Guys,
Received a Collection and I had first an issue with 2 of the 3 rings received. This issue is now fixed (I just have to wait 6 to 8 weeks to get the right rings, but I don't mind, my Galaxy Note 4 is not yet in my hands and my existing phone has no NFC :))
I do have another issue. The one ring I kept (my wife's ring) is no longer functional (the black NFC part of the ring is no longer working, when the transparent NFC is working just fine). I sent a support request (10011) , but for some reason, the only answer I got from Tom was... "Hi Bert Tom". I guess something was missing from his email :.)
I would appreciate if someone could tell me what I should do. If I have to wait 6 to 8 weeks to get a replacement ring, plus the 2 others from my collection I am alreay waiting for, all black/transparent, I just do not mind !
