      Apple has finally announced that the NFC chip in the iPhone 7 (and presumably iPhone 7s and/or iPhone 8) will be available for developers to interact with NFC tags when iOS 11 is ready Q3 2017 (as well as the Apple Watch with watchOS 4)

      Does that mean the NFC ring will be able to unlock the iPhone, interact with it ant that there may be some kind of app like NFC tools in the App Store?

        @flux_capacitor - We have this scheduled for further investigation and development, so will be able to update on the possibilities with the NFC Ring as soon as that happens! We have iOS11 dev version to test with, so will report back on this asap.
