Incipio Cashwrap Isis Mobile - Anyone tried one?

This review speaks volumes:
"This item does not work on the Verizon network, unless you are under contract with them. In the smaller print they do say that they do not take prepaid customers, but only saw it after ordering and scanning numerous sites for details and reviews on the wallet. Most of the advertisements do not mention this fact. I have used tap cards and like ease of use, but seems like NFC is going no where by limiting the groups of Verizon customers, especially when most carriers seem to be going prepaid."
