Weird Questions

Hello,
I know my question may be a little bit strange right here in this NFC ring forum. :)
I would have loved to use the NFCring to do other fonctions like sensor and activation via pushbutton for instance, ... and bluetooth BLE communication as well.
How is it possible to modify the hardware for including new features ?
How the nfcring company used to work with other startups with other ideas ? :)I have seen that the BLE capability is planned for 2014. Is it still the same timing ?

@Jeangui Hey Jeangui.. So right now the best way to introduce new functionality is to use an Android App and get your phone to do the communication.
In the future we hope to be supporting a bluetooth low energy ring project but it wont be in 2014 due to delays. If you have some resources you can help throw at a Bluetooth low energy ring then feel free to share them and we will see if we can put you in touch with the right person :)

Do you mean financial or human work resources ?I am a startuper and I would like to develop a service based on a connected finger ring. My use case needs the ring to provide information to my phone at a distance bigger than 5 meters. Bluetooth is the correct protocol for the use case I suppose. I have discovered your ring concept which is impressive and very well designed and will be perfect for my objectives. My use case does not require NFC protocol (this is why the title of my post is "weird question" :) ).
I am just wondering whether it is possible to work on your product as a basement for another product on a sub-contracting or partnership mode ?
I have this BLE stack as target solution : nRF51822 chips.
