Not sure whether you guys heard of Lime Smart Lock. It's an all in one smart lock ( internet connected, NFC, rfid, Bluetooth and pin code)

Well. I am not too confident about Lime Smart Lock that where is it being prepared but I heard 100 times about NFC and Prime Source's smart door locks that delivered top quality locks over the globe.

I like Kwikset locks. Although one blogger writes that Schlage is good too.
