Excited to have gotten my NFC ring for Christmas. Tried to get it registered on my LG G3 but it keeps telling me it may not be genuine. I can get it to write and read what's been written, but the main reason I asked for the ring was to unlock my phone. From what I've read on this thread, the only way to get it to work at this point is to get a verification code. Do I do that by writing to support, or is there another step I'm missing?

i have had the same problem, purchased my ring directly from this site. I have sent several emails to the support email and had one response followed by 7 days of radio silence.
Can someone get in contact with me to help me register my ring????

Certainly, i spoke to Tom case #(12905) on May 13th.

My purchase order number for the ring itself is #US1854.

                        can you please check this?

@hauspro please note that the ticket will be placed to the end of the queue if you update it, so emailing more may cause late responses
